The new year asks that we shed off the pounds, bad habits and wishful thinking in favor of action. The list of resolutions can seem endless and too heavy. What if it seems we can't do it alone? We are not expected to.

The central theme of my book is that we do not do anything alone. Along with the Divine, Jah, Creator, God, Mother and Father of the Cosmos (whichever name your religion/spiritual practice calls God), we ask for guidance and help. 2025 will require more faith, optimism, light and love than we ever imagined. Embrace God's magic, mystery and miracles and you'll defy any challenge ahead.

I'm going to move through 2025 with the Divine holding my rocks for me; I hope you will, too.
